Sanj is a Solicitor admitted to the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales to Practice Law.
Sanj has extensive experience in all Jurisdictions of Courts in New South Wales, including Local Court, District Court, Court of Appeal , Court of Criminal Appeal, Supreme Court, Federal Circuit Court, Federal Court, and the High Court. He is a well experienced Court advocate of more than 20 years of Court experience in complex and appellate matters. He has also held Senior Management Positions in the New South Wales State Government, and International Legal Counsel for Energy companies.
His tenure include 10 years with the Director of Public Proscutions (NSW), 5 years at the Roads and Maritime Services, and 5 years as the International Legal Counsel of Ridgeway Energy responsible for executing large scale Climage Change Projects, and Petrolum and Commodity (Iron Ore, Coal) Contracts.
Sanj is also a passionate scholarly teaching fellow at Macquarie University Law School with teaching responsibilities in both under graduate and post graduate students in Criminal Law, Evidence Law, Torts Law, Competition and Consumer Law, International Trade & Commerce Law, Public International Law, and Advance International Law.
He holds qualifications in Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business, Master of International Trade & Commerce Law, and Master of Laws. He is an alumni of Sydney University, and a visiting Scholar of Cambridge University (Mst admission 2011, and Oxford University (MBA Admission 2010) United Kingdom.
Janice is a graduate Lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria. She has strong Immigration Law influence and works closely with our immigration matters in the Practice. Prior joining Oxbridge, Janice has worked at both community and commercial migration law practices, and Lexis Nexis Malaysia.
She has extensive experience in applying and client engagement in Permanent Residency Renewals, Partner, Parent, Child, General Skilled Migration and Business Migration Visas.
Janice is an alumnus of Monash University, and holds her Bachelor of Law from Aberystwyth University, Wales.
Ayesha is our Practice's founding paralegal. She is a 3rd year Law Student at Macquarie Law School, Sydney, Australia. While majoring in International Law, Ayesha is passionate about issues of global governance and international relations. At the firm, she specialises in property law and is aiming to build her expertise in commercial litigation and family law as well as explore criminal law.
Hansika is a 3rd year Law Student from University of Sydney.
Aashini is a 2nd and penultimate year law student from the Australian Catholic University. She also holds a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from UNSW, which introduces schools of thought.
